SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are carefully processed within 3 to 8 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) following the receipt of your order confirmation email. You will receive a further notification once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. During new release launches, coming soon books and peak sales periods, please allow up to 10 business days for all orders placed during these times to be processed (again, excluding weekends and public holidays). Our small business sincerely thanks you for your understanding and patience during these particularly busy periods.

Once parcels have been dispatched, we regretfully cannot take responsibility for any transit-related issues that may occur en route. Should you encounter any delays or concerns, we recommend contacting Australia Post directly using your Tracking Number to lodge any complaints or discuss the matter further.
